We're looking for a Health & Safety Senior Specialist for our branches in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) and Maranello (MO) to help us drive a safer, more compliant workplace and foster a culture where safety awareness thrives.

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

Developing and implementing health & safety (HS) policies and procedures in compliance with current regulations and best industry practices, providing safety guidance and support. Cooperating with HS Manager in identifying anomalies in the current infrastructure. Calculating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sharing data for corrective actions. Implementing and following up on Action Plans (AC/AP), and managing non-conformities. Collecting and archiving HSE-related evidence. Coordinating audits, inspections, and emergency response plans. Analyzing incidents, near misses, and verifying safety training. Developing procedures and monitoring health & safety policies. WHO YOU ARE:

You hold a degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or a related field) and are qualified as ASPP with at least two years of experience. You are experienced in health and safety roles and familiar with safety regulations, fire management, and certifications like 14001 and 45001. You are an excellent communicator and trainer, skilled in delivering safety programs and raising awareness. You are analytical, with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations. You are proficient in Office tools, and any basic knowledge of QAS integrated systems is a bonus. You are organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You're willing to travel. DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
