The focus of the role is to coordinate activities in the field of health and safety (HSE) and fire protection (FP) in accordance with the requirements of legal regulations and other requirements. Some of your responsibilities are listed below, more details will be shared at the interview:Managing waste managementPlanning and maintenance of air pollution sourcesMonitoring energy consumption and looking for opportunities to reduce consumptionEnsuring activities related to the handling of chemical substances and mixturesWorkplace inspections, overseeing compliance with legal and internal requirementsInvestigating and analyzing incidents resulting from non-compliance with legal and other requirementsCreating and regularly updating company regulations in accordance with legal and other requirementsTraining for employees and external suppliersManagement system improvementsCollaborating in investment management (design and implementation of investment projects to improve health and safety, occupational health and safety)Reporting (internal, reports on production of waste, packaging, emissions, statistical reports)Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will need to have:Experience with management systems according to ISO standardsEnglish and Czech at a communicative levelUniversity education in a technical field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fieldAmbition and hunger for new knowledgeAbility to communicate effectivelyWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
