Role Overview : The HSE Specialist will support the management of health, safety and environment within our company.

The role requires experience in the HSE field and a relevant academic background.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with current regulations and contributing to the improvement of safety and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in safety and environmental management systems, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, resilience, methodical approach, and full availability to support the company in its growth and success journey.

In your role you will : Identify and manage the most suitable personal protective equipment – PPE – for various workplace risks, ensuring proper usage in coordination with the RSPP; Plan and deliver information, education and training activities for workers on company risks, based on provided guidelines; Conduct on-site inspections to identify potential workplace risks and actively contribute to implementing measures to mitigate them; Assist in drafting and preparing health, safety and environmental documentation in alignment with company procedures, management systems, and applicable regulations; Monitor adherence to prevention and protection measures, ensuring their proper application and recommending improvements to enhance effectiveness; Ensure suppliers and subcontractors' compliance with regulations by verifying technical and professional qualifications, staff training, DUVRI documentation, and adherence to internal and external standards; Participate in the analysis of workplace accidents and near-miss events, contributing to the development of reports and corrective actions; Manage ISO 45001 and 14001 system documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping, assisting with the development of safety and environmental management procedures, and supporting internal and external audits; Oversee the documentation related to environmental management, including waste disposal, purification processes, and other relevant activities; Maintain and update personnel records regarding training needs, course schedules, health protocols, certifications, appointments, and PPE allocations.

The ideal candidate has : A degree in Engineering, Security Technologies, or related discipline; HSE training; Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting or in complex corporate contexts.

Nice to have : Thorough knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as ISO 45001 and 14001.

Previous experience in managing wastewater treatment plants is appreciated.
