Hse Specialist
Responsibilities:
Management of H&S documentation (DUVRI and all documents required by art. 26 of D. lgs 81/08) for all maintenance activities performed at our customers' site
Collaborate with HSE Manager to plan and execute HSE performance, projects and reporting
Collaborate with HSE Manager to improve procedures and best practice regarding HSE aspects
Work with customers and providers to ensure the completeness of the required documents including training and health certificates
Ensure that the appropriateHSE equipment (PPE) and tools are available and used during the service activities
Personal profile:
Must be professional and ethical with a high integrity
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Knowledge of the main H&S regulations, knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification will be considered a plus
Capable of operating independently and work in team
Excellent coordination skills
Highest accuracy in administrative duties
Microsoft Office knowledge
