For its QHSE & Sustainability Division, Bouygues E&S Italia S. p. A. is looking for a

HSE Specialist Reporting hierarchically to the Sector Manager , the HSE Specialist will support the execution of health, safety, and environmental activities within the Technical Facility Management division.

In particular, the HSE Specialist will be responsible for:

Drafting and updating procedures, manuals, instructions , and all site and system documentation; Assisting the QHSE office during corporate audits, certifications, and administrative procedures ; Preparing the necessary documentation to facilitate site access for workers ; Managing both physical and digital archives of the office.

Required Qualifications: Educational background in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace ; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; Organizational skills ; Good knowledge of the English language ; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; At least two years of experience in the role.
