What you'll achieve:As a HSE Specialist, you will be part of our Real Estate and Facility Management Team in ensuring the proper conduct of work in the offices by implementing environmental regulations and safety measures, training staff on best practices, and more generally spreading a culture of safety in the company.
You will: Support in maintaining certificationsSupport in the preparation of procedures, instructions, and dissemination of safety culture through training sessionsSupport in organizing training coursesSupport in updating DVRs and preparing prevention and protection measuresCollaborate in managing deadlines and operational controlsAnalyze the near misses and implement consequent actionsPromote a culture of safetyTake the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus, life flows through our software.

Here's what you'll need to succeed:Strong knowledge of environmental safety regulationsPossession of certifications required by the UNI 1172 standard and others (e. g. , RSPP or ASPP)2-4 years of experience in HSE and project managementKnowledge of Italian legislation in Health and SafetyKnowledge of MS Office 365, AutoCAD, ExcelOccupational Safety and Environmental Engineering or Industrial and Process Engineering or Environmental EngineeringKnowledge of English (B2)Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologiesMembership in a human resources industry body (e. g. , IOSH)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, time management, and organizational skillsWillingness to work in a dynamic and multinational environmentAvailable to travel nationallyWe are Dedalus, come join us.
