We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Production Quality department in Taranto

**Quality> Regional MED> South Europe

Production Quality department is responsible to ensure the adherence of manufacturing process and products to the instructions and specifications.

It is also responsible of the handling of deviations or non conformities occurred during the manufacturing

**Responsibilities

- Ensure the implementation of agreed HSE business plan and tasks according to the agreed operational agreement implementation projects HSE standards, processes and tools

- Identify best practice from similar industries and develop further to suit Vestas need

- Ensure local implementation of Global HSE standards, processes, programs and tools based on best practice and customer/business needs and promote the implementation, including development of training and communication materials

- Contribute to Identification, development and set up of local HSE targets and leading/lagging indicators for the specific HSE standards, processes and tools

**Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in similar position

- Master degree on HSE area will be an asset

- Good English & Italian skills

- International exposure is essential

- Expert in national and international HSE legislation & auditor preferred within one of the below: ISO 45001, ISO 14001 , ISO 18001 or ISO 9001

**Competencies

- Be able to seamlessly work with MS office

- Be able to take independent decisions and have a high level of Collaboration, Accountability, Commitment a& Simplicity in respect to work with others

- High level of personal drive

- Ability to seamlessly work across a global organization
