**Azienda**:

Pharmaceutical chemical company, located in the Monza area

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect waste, energy and environmental metrics, report them through internal docs and dedicated portals, cooperate to improve metrics according to guidelines and cooperating with other functions in the corporate and internally

- Develop policies and strategies for Environment & Sustainability

- Collect Environmental metrics and cooperate to improve them with other functions in the corporate and internally

- Manage environmental and waste reporting to authorities (ARPA, INAIL, ATS)

- Manage the internal water treatment plant

- Planning practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting Environment & Sustainability practices

- Support in developing the Sustainability & Compliance strategy to secure a more sustainable manufacturing

- Develop the EcoVadis program in the organization.

This is managed as a new project with strong involvement of the Sustainability manager and the Unit Directors.

- Managing of Sustainability& Environmental Projects as the RTO installation, WTP revamping

- Ensure to deploy compliance programs and processes within the site to meet relevant laws and regulations (CM, SCIP, PFAS, etc. . . )

- Drive and secure sustainability and compliance are further integrated into overall processes as supplier qualification, performance evaluation and supplier classification.

- Improve sustainability & communication within the organization, including the content of our internal and external websites, SharePoint etc.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

Background* Experienced with authorities' portals (AIDA, CIVA)

- Experienced in E&S sector

- Available for short and limited travels

- Leader with strong communication and influencing skills in industrial organizations

- Track record of successfully implementation of common processes, systems and training programs in organizations

- Solid and successful experience for implementing sustainability program(s)

- Good understanding of local legislation

- Strategic and result-oriented mindset

- Ability to build effective working relationships and ability to inspire others

Degree in Engineering or Chemical
