As HSE System Coordinator, you will join our HSE Systems & Emergency Department in Corporate, conducting the following activities:

ACTIVITIES: Collaborate in developing and continuous improvement of the Saipem Group HSE systems System Monitor the HSE Management System effectiveness Deliver training on Saipem Group HSE Management System Provide HSE technical support to Business Lines, Operating Companies, Project and Sites Perform HSE statistical analysis and contribute to Saipem Group internal & HSE external communication reports development.

QUALIFICATION: KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good knowledge of English language

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8+ years' work experience in HSE Department Experience in HSE System management Knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001 IT SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package (SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Point, Power Automate, Power App etc); Basic Knowledge of programming tool SOFT SKILLS: Good communication; Ability to work in groups into multidisciplinary environment; Strong attitude to collaborate with colleagues also by means of digital tools; Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.
