**Job Description Summary:

**Job Description:**:**Main Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and update of the DUVRI, compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to ensure plant compliance;

- Ensuring compliance of the contractors and employers with regards to H&S regulation and ensure recurrent controls;

- Periodical call with contractors to coordinate and update DUVRI when needed;

- Assistance in the relationship with bodies dedicated to surveillance and control;

- Support in reporting to Clients;

- Promote incident prevention for the benefit of contractors and visitors;

- Support the HSE for System management implementation;

- Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of legislation (e. g.

81/08) and H&S work procedures (with specific attention to Electrical Safety CEI regulations and work at heights);

- Problem solving approach, oriented to solutions;

- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics;

- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices;

- Proficient in MS Office;

- Good organizational skills;

- Diligent with great attention to detail;

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
