Hta Engagement Manager
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an **HTA engagement Manager **to join our HTA & Value Operation team, located in Rome, Italy.
The **HTA engagement Manager **applies highly developed analysis and interpretation of data in assessing risk and in the creation of regulatory strategies to expedite product introductions to the market.
The position resides in the Market Access Department of the Italian Operating Company and reports to the HTA & Value Operation Head.
**He/She will be responsible for the following activities**:
- Analyze and evaluate HTA policies, trends and initiatives to provide structured advice and inform decision-making
- Interact with the HTA Institutions and the larger expert community to identify in a timely manner the inputs relevant in the definition of market access strategies and an effective action plan to support the local pricing and reimbursement submissions
- Monitor the ongoing procedures and maintain relationship with the Value Development Teams to ensure a timely definition of the process in the interest of the patients
- Collaborate with Value and Access Managers in Italian regions to design and implement an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value propositions
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree in Life Science, Health Policy, or Economics with a post-degree in Health Economics or HTA.
- Consolidated experience (3-6 years) working cross-functionally in matrix organizations in departments of Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance or Business Development.
- Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
- Strategic thinker, able to zoom out to think holistically as well as to zoom in on details as needed.
- Diplomatic and negotiation skills allowing you to reach a consensus between different partners.
- Ability to hit the ground running with the agility needed to interact effectively in a dynamic environment
- Dynamic and ambitious professional that proactively explores solution building in the face of obstacles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point) Languages: English and Italian (other language as a plus)
The role will be located in Rome (Lazio)
