As part of Hubbers, you will work oncollaborative projects, co-create innovative solutions, and mentor startups and innovatorsto bring products to life.

If you have asustainable project or product concept in your drawer, this is your opportunity to showcase it and potentially bring it to market with our community's support.

We also cultivate the next generation of impact creators through ourImpact Generator School, which serves as acatalyst for acceleratingthe development of innovative products and services.

These impact creators then transition into ourCollaborative Spaces, where yourexpertise and knowledgewill play a crucial role indeveloping innovative and sustainable products and services. Key Responsibilities What We're Looking ForExperience in Industrial Design– Strong portfolio showcasing product designs, particularly those withsustainable and innovative solutions.

Prototyping CAD Skills– Proficiency in tools likeSolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or equivalent.

Knowledge of Sustainable Materials Manufacturing– Understanding ofcircular economy, eco-design, life cycle assessment (LCA), andsustainable production methods.

Problem-Solving Agile Mindset– Ability to iterate quickly, adapting designs to market needs and user feedback.

Collaboration Communication– Strong teamwork skills, able to work with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Passion for Innovation Sustainability– A genuine interest indesigning for impactand creating a positive change.
