About the Role We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Industrial Designer who is passionate about sustainable product development.

As part of Hubbers, you will work on collaborative projects, co-create innovative solutions, and mentor startups and innovators to bring products to life.

If you have a sustainable project or product concept in your drawer , this is your opportunity to showcase it and potentially bring it to market with our community's support.

We also cultivate the next generation of impact creators through our Impact Generator School , which serves as a catalyst for accelerating the development of innovative products and services.

These impact creators then transition into our Collaborative Spaces , where your expertise and knowledge will play a crucial role in developing innovative and sustainable products and services.

Key Responsibilities What We're Looking For Experience in Industrial Design – Strong portfolio showcasing product designs, particularly those with sustainable and innovative solutions.

Prototyping & CAD Skills – Proficiency in tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or equivalent.

Knowledge of Sustainable Materials & Manufacturing – Understanding of circular economy, eco-design, life cycle assessment (LCA) , and sustainable production methods.

Problem-Solving & Agile Mindset – Ability to iterate quickly, adapting designs to market needs and user feedback.

Collaboration & Communication – Strong teamwork skills, able to work with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Passion for Innovation & Sustainability – A genuine interest in designing for impact and creating a positive change.
