Human Capital Chief (HR Director) Location: Vicenza Job Description: We are seeking a HUMAN CAPITAL CHIEF (HR DIRECTOR) for an important and prestigious industrial group based in Veneto, active worldwide in the General Construction sector (civil and infrastructural). Supporting the company management, the HR Director will ensure the proper management of personnel by coordinating internal management activities, selection, training and development, evaluation, compensation, and labor relations. Leading a team of collaborators, the HR Director will address issues related to the headquarters and active construction sites in Italy and abroad, with a strong focus on staffing issues, replacements, and resource allocation. The construction sites can be of significant size. The HR Director will pay close attention to building relationships with all company entities, creating conditions for timely management of company issues and internal customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: Degree with relevant experience in a similar role. Comprehensive training in training methodologies, personnel evaluation systems, and labor relations.
