Job Overview:In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant HC Manager on a day-to-day basis for Milan as well as for Athens Office, addressing various topics such as employee relations, providing operational support across the employee life cycle, and performing daily HC department operations.
You will also be responsible for the administration of office policies, procedures, and programs. Key Responsibilities:Supporting in the operational HR managementMaster data entry into the HRIS system, maintain personnel employee files, administration of vacation accrualsProviding payroll information to the internal payroll teamOnboarding & Offboarding of employeesAssisting in termination and exitsResponsible for internship formalizationsEnrolling new colleagues in benefit plan and providing support to employees on the related topicsSupport the HC invoices related process and the budget effortsMonitoring of deadlines, maintenance of checklists and general correspondenceProviding advice and guidance to employees on HC and Payroll related mattersManaging basic employee relations cases independentlyResponding to general enquiries related to employee mattersProviding employee training and/or information sessions in HC related benefitsExperience:Experience working in generalist HC position for 1-2 years within Financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services areaMaster degree in HR field or related fieldSkills:Fluent in English and ItalianGreek language knowledge would be a plusGood Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Excel skillsKnowledge of Italian labour law and regulationsGreek payroll knowlodge a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills in ItalianAttributes:Ability to work collaboratively in a global teamOrganized and strong attention to detail, consistently demonstrating accuracy and thoroughnessProblem solverStrong service focusGood communicatorAble to maintain and respect confidentialityAble to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlinesTeam player and positive attitudeFlexible and able to adapt to change and willingness to learnWhy join us at Oliver Wyman?
