**HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER
**Posizione:**:Based in Northern Milan, she/he will be part of the HR team within the EMEA region reporting to the HR Country Director, building capability and capacity of leaders and managers to embed good people management practices, improving the Hr processes and working closely with HR colleagues in the COEs to deliver an effective and aligned People Service
She/he will also have a strong focus on supporting organisational change, improvement of internal grading systems, legal-entity rationalisation and the processes harmonization ensuring smooth and efficient business operations
**Requisiti:**:**Responsibilities**:
- Providing first step HR specialist support, escalading in the HR Team if needed.
- Contributing to enforcing the capability of line managers and leaders to effectively manage and own the employment relationship throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the people management priorities that will drive and deliver business plans/actions and innovative HR solutions
- Support and develop the processes of Performance Management and Rewarding working close to the managers to retain the best in class
- Provide for an efficient and innovative Talent Mgm to identify the main talents, retain and embed in the developing of the company
- Contribute to develope processes and projects of recruiting
- Understand key employment legislation changes
- Supporting and delivering training and regularly updating internal stakeholders.
- Provide for motivating process of communication, involving people in changes and supporting the actions to remove the roadblocks
- Regularly contributing in review, update, and improve employee policies, ensuring that they are legislatively compliant, visible, and accessible to all stakeholders.
We are looking for a young professional with 5-8 years of experience in modernly organized, innovative companies and with a solid experience in the management of HR processes of People Development and knowledge of the main HR administrative processes.
Good English and excellent use of Microsoft office and Sap are required.
