Internship opportunityWe are looking for an intern to join the People Culture Division.
The team is focused on the growth and well-being of faculty and staff members, managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent management and employee engagement.

This internship aims to provide valuable hands-on experience in various administrative and HR-related tasks, including document management, event coordination, training support, and staff-related activities, while developing key skills such as organization, communication, and attention to detail in a dynamic, diverse work environment. In particular, the intern will take part in the following activities:Archiving documents for faculty and staffPreparing certificates and declarations for faculty and staffAssisting with event organization for faculty (catering booking, room reservations, etc.
)Managing reimbursement requests for candidatesSupporting activities related to the management of training and safety training for faculty and staff (monitoring, tracking, follow-ups)Assisting with the registration of monthly internship allowances in SAPAdministrative management of the activation and expiration of temporary contracts for staffUpdating the company intranetSupporting the planning of health surveillance for staffManaging payments in SAP for temporary staffing, events, and welfare programs. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in humanities (Psychology, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Law) with a focus on HR (preference, not mandatory)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good written and spoken English and ItalianAbility to interact effectively with people from different levels and backgrounds and to collaborate effectively with colleaguesAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAccuracy in task execution and data management and ability to handle confidential information with discretionWe offer6 months paid internship (1. 000€ gross), starting from February 2025Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institutionTrain on the job and professional development (e. g.
