We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking a highly organized and efficient Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of HR administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our processes.

This is a full-time office position, requiring excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include: Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.

Assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Assist with filing HR Records Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualified applicants should have: Experience in the administration of HR programs and policies.

Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Effective communication with upper-management, job candidates and company employees from various other departments.
