Human Resources Business Partner
Youman, boutique search firm, is supporting a major Italian manufacturing Corporate (+5000 employees), leader in its industry, in the search of a: HR Business Partner Location: Padua area MISSION : The HR Business Partner will add value and drive results by executing HR and development programs for the designated areas, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy and business model.
Acting as both a partner and change agent, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders and teams across relevant functions to foster strong relationships, develop and implement efficient HR processes, systems, and tools, and enhance employee engagement.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: HR Management and Recruiting Process Execution Oversee the full HR lifecycle, from budgeting and staffing requests to recruitment, onboarding, people development, and employee exit processes.
Ensure business continuity by implementing effective solutions such as job enlargement, rotation, enrichment, and mobility.
Manage recruitment for assigned areas to attract and hire top talent.
Coordinate internal and international mobility activities to support talent development and management objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies.
Partner closely with function leaders and their teams throughout the employee lifecycle, providing coaching on employee development programs and offering support in issue resolution and HR strategy execution.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements related to employee relations, development, compensation, benefits, and company policies.
Human Resources Strategy Implement the HR strategy within the designated areas, providing insights to leaders and translating these into actionable plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Execute people and organizational programs, ensuring their alignment with talent management, employee engagement, business strategy, and performance goals.
Manage communication processes effectively, ensuring knowledge sharing across the relevant functions and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Training and Development Management Ensure the successful execution of performance management and training programs in the designated areas.
Provide feedback and insights to the center of expertise to ensure sustainable and effective implementation.
Guidelines & Procedures Management Evaluate, analyze, and monitor the effectiveness of HR and organizational processes, and develop performance reports and metrics.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR guidelines, policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring their adoption across the assigned functions while maintaining high service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master's degree Experience: 4-7 years in HR roles within a multinational company, with experience in international contexts or abroad.
Strong knowledge of HR management techniques, methodologies, and tools Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and relevant tools and applications Budget management and cost control knowledge Understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English Excellent interpersonal and communication skills KEY SKILLS: Leadership and Accountability Goal-Oriented Customer Focus Business Acumen Analytical Thinking Problem-Solving
