Our team provides HR guidance & support for the Industrial Valves, Pumps & Gears (IVPG) Leaders and Managers on global organizational, talent and culture related matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other HR activities.

As an HR Business Partner you will collaborate with the Regional HR team and the Human Capital & Technology organization which is responsible for the wing to wing employee experience and is providing HR expertise around every process that touches employee life cycle.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing partnership relations with the IVPG organization and ensuring that we achieve our strategic goals when it comes to organization, talents and culture
- Building the right capabilities within IVPG, which includes assessment of gaps and needs, developing sourcing strategy, development and training activities.
- Working closely with the leadership team & stakeholders to set clearly and efficiently the roles and responsibility across the organization
- Providing top talents identification, succession pipeline, mitigation plan and strategies in case of talent gaps, organizing engagement & developmental activities
- Supporting and proactively engaging with participants of the leadership programs, i. e.
ASPIRE and IMPACT to strengthen the pool of talents & succession for IVPG.
- Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems, promoting the culture of Diversity & Inclusion
- Participating and supporting the core activities related to HR agenda, such as People & Culture review, Comp Ben review, Talent Council and other initiative across the whole organization

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree.
With at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate excellent leadership ability
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and be able to influence across different teams.
- Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
- Be fluent in English and hold an EU passport or work permit
