Human Resources Business Partner Maternity Leave

**Position Summary**:
Partners with managers and employees at various levels within the Country to provide HR guidelines on of a broad range of HR programs and initiatives in support of business objectives.
In partnership with the divison HR and COE, implement solutions to address recruiting, talent management, development, training, employee engagement, compensation and total rewards, and HR compliance matters.
**Duties**:
- Oversees recruiting activity within the Country (or for the assigned line of business within the country), typically working with Talent Acquisition Partners from the COE and provides guidance to managers so new hires are onboarded effectively.
- Consults with business to address compensation matters.
Assists managers in developing accurate and consise job descriptions, defining skill, knowledge and competency requirements for roles.
Partners with compensation COE to perform market analysis.
Implement compensation or total reward programs across employee groups, to include effective communications.
- Supports change management and integration efforts to foster adoption of HR or business changes andin
- Supports the business in the annual employee engagement survey and action planning process at country level; coordinate country engagement and D&EI initiatives
- Consult with and coach managers as they handle performance issues and talent development needs.
Supports succession planning and employee development plan creation.
- Support Division HR colleague in developing customized programs to meet business needs.

- Conducts employee orientations, and facilitate other HR training sessions as needed.
Facilitates new leader assimilations and focus group meetings.
- Work with the HR Director on organizational effectiveness improvement, taking actively part to digitalisation projects, HR process review, new systems implementation and related change management activities for leaders and employees.
- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners from all Centers of Excellence to ensure business needs are met in a coordinated manner.
- Supports internal and external audits on the HR Department.
- Work closely with the HR community across the region on international projects.
- Build and deploy country learning and development agenda leveraging on Global and local solution and governmental funds.
- Support Country internal communication and employer branding communication in partnership with marketing.
**Education Degree**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics- Master's Degree in Human Resources**Required Experience**:
- 1-5 years experience in HR required.
Experience demonstrates progression of HR generalist responsibilities.
- 1 years of experience must include recruiting perf mgmt, succession planning, compensation practices, and training and development.
- Proficiency with HR systems (Compass, HRIS, ATS)
- Works under mínimal direction, will work independently with managers and employees to resolve routine issues.
Seeks guidance from senior HR lead on non-routine issues.
- Works primarily at a tactical level with ability to develop and tailor programs to meet unique business needs.
- Understanding of business strategies and ability to align work in support of these goals.
- Bachelor Degree in law/economics and Master in HR Management is a plus
