Human Resources Consultant - M&A Specialist
Job Description Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced HR Consultant with strong merger and acquisition experience to support the Italian Human Resources team with ongoing projects.
This is a fixed term role, starting ASAP until the end of September with the possibility of extension. Qualifications HR background Experience in multinational companies and with large M&A projects, affecting several countries/legal entities at the same time, with workers council involvement Experience with handling and coordinating HR workstreams during M&A projects Experience in conducting side-by-side analysis of remuneration packages, due diligence tasks such as identifying deviations and risks and proposal how to mitigate Experienced in preparing, coordinating and/and conducting consultation meetings and issuing required documents Experience with unions and bargaining agreements and Italian legal expertise Knowledge of the TUPE process, ideally for different countries in Europe Experience in organizing onboarding and day 1 requirements for large groups of people Fluent English language skills Hands-on mentality Additional Information We look forward to receiving your application in English, including your availability and salary expectations, or your daily or hourly rate.
