Human Resources Coordinator
Overview:
- We are looking for someone passionate about HR role who wants to learn and experiences the HR duties; it involves a wide range of support activities from coordinating meetings, to maintaining our employee database, to posting job ads.
He/she will work with HR Manager to ensure excellent experience for our employees, supporting in several staff processes, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures.
He or she will help to develop a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration. Main duties and responsibilities:
- Will support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests;
- Will schedule meetings, mandatory trainings, HR events and maintain agendas;
- Will maintain digital and electronic records of employees;
- Will collect all documents needed for hiring process;
- Will check and ensure the right use of time management system;
- Will to provide orientation to new employees;
- Will manage the staff accommodation (maintenance and quality check);
- Will be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment, keeping professional and ethical relationships with a strong confidentiality;
- Will support in creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the teams, spreading Reschio culture among all departments;
- Will support the HR Manager in the recruitment process:
- Posting job ads on relevant platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and career site;
- Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use;
- Fulfilling meticulously reports required by HR Manager for updating;
- Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases;
- Will attend job fairs and other professional events.
Skills and competencies required:
- Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct;
- High-level discretion and privacy sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening;
- Be confident in the daily use of IT programme and Microsoft suite;
- Be a team player and have a pro-active approach;
- Be able to perform in a dynamic work environment;
- Fluent in English and Italian.
