We are looking for an experienced HR Director Europe to join our dynamic team and collaborate with senior management in shaping the strategic direction of our local HR operations.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional HR policies aligned with organizational goals and local regulations. Provide strategic advice to senior management on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Run and continuously renew the performance evaluation process. Drive initiatives to enhance company culture. Oversee and support leadership development programs. Lead all HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Manage communication strategies during transitions. Oversee the development and execution of recruitment strategies in Europe. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on complex employee relations issues. Coordinate the activities of office administration staff across the Europe region. Minimum Requirements:>8 years of experience in an (international) HR related function. Bachelor's degree in human resources management. Very good communication skills. High level of numeracy. Excellent computer skills including Office 365 and any HRIS system. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required. Valid work Visa in Italy.
