Job Purpose:

- Plan, direct, and coordinates human resource management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources.

- Administering the HR Policies and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the Labor Law.

- Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, time management, employee development activities and payroll management.

- Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

- Effective management of legal activities.

- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major

- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, preferably in 5 star Resort Hotel or Restaurant chain.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Italian

- Good command of Microsoft Office practices

- Experienced on Italian Work Law

- Experienced on labor practices

- Experienced on budgeting and forecasting

- Good listener, calm, empathic

**Salary**: €55, 000. 00 - €65, 000. 00 per year

- 20123 Milano, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
