We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a fixed-term contract at our premises in Verona.

He/She supports the Human Resources Department for all aspects of HR management, organization, development and training.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manages the research and selection process; Supports in the management of training; Contributes in personnel assessmentand development activities; Actively participates in specific projects of the HR function; Elaborates analyzes and statistics on the main human resource management indicators.

Requirements:

Economics or Humanities Degree; Experience as HR Generalist and/or Recruiting and Selection Specialist; Good familiarity with Microsoft Office; Confidentiality, listening abilities, team working, initiative, stress management; Fluent English knowledge.
