Human Resources Generalist
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to join our international HR Department, and provide a local support to our Rome office. When applying, please submit your CV in English. Main responsibilities would include:Maintain compliance with the regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc. )
in the assigned locations/countries/regionsAssist with the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures in the assigned locations/countries/regionsLead HR Audits and Labor Inspections, as requiredHandle disciplinary processes and terminationsAssist employees in answering any pertinent questions regarding policies and proceduresAssure compliance with country regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc.
)Research, recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and the services performed. Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed, keeping the lines of communication open between managers and their employees. Propose and implement different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policiesLead change management initiatives, following acquisitions or mergersLead on the development of policies and procedures for new incorporated officesAssist with Training initiatives for employees and managersParticipate in other, ad-hoc HR related projects.
