Human Resources Generalist
Position Overview:
Purpose of the role is to manage, support and improve HR-related process.
Contribute to act as point of contact for employees, ensure deployment of HR projects.
Provides also proactive HR Administration support.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsabilities
- Payroll: Provide dedicated support to multiple client with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, on-boarding, and more.
- Employee Relations: Act as point of contact for employees on multiple situation ensuring accountability
- Training: Improve and maintain training plans, ensuring best learning and cost optimization
- Talent Management: Partner complying to Novelis standard for Development actions.
Support in the correct segmentation of resources, development plans, promotion.
- Culture initiatives: Partner with HR Community for deployment of several projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in relevant Human Resources technical discipline
- 2+ years of related experience in Human Resources
- Experience with HR systems;

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR solutions and programs
- Ability to work autonomously
- Is reserved, able to handle sensitive/confidential material and practice discretion
- Ability to assess sensitive and complex issues in a confidential, objective, and systematic manner
