**How You'll Make anImpact

- Supports and implements the local People Strategy andother HR initiatives with the HR team and respective business leader.

- Helps with the local and admin implementation ofeffective HR programs (e. g.

people development, compensation & benefits, organizational development and change), which are derived from the peoplestrategy on global level.

- Closely collaborates with HR team on all employmentprocesses and issues of all the 3 legal entities in Italy.

- Ensures quality and adherence to local standards forcore HR processes.

- Creates and revises presentations in Italian andEnglish as well as evaluations and analyses on HR topics.

- Supports in the preparation, implementation andfollow-up of events and workshops.

**What You Bring

- University graduate - ideally a Master degree in HR

- Interest in developing a career within the HR field

- Maximum 6 months experience in HR Generalist role is anadvantage as well as knowledge of local employment regulations

- Excellent communication skills and attention todetails

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Confident in dealing with MS Office programs(including PowerPoint, Excel), pivots are not a foreign word

- Proactive personality eager to learn and developwithin a global multinational team
