**JOB SUMMARY
An HR Generalist, or Human Resources Generalist, is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
Their duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE
As an HR Generalist, you will be far from one-dimensional.
You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like administering employee benefits and leaves, hiring of staff, draw up an employment contract, and crafting HR policies.
You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
You will also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics.
The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of personnel administration processes (hiring, terminations, extensions, transformations, drafting of contracts, relations with O. O. S. S. , etc.
);
- Employee attendance management through the Zucchetti System management software, according to the company procedure;
- Management of requests, attendance and contracts for staff in administration;
- Management of contracted services;
- Management, supervision and coordination of Payroll processing processes and related monthly closings with related obligations;
- Support to the DRU in the drafting of procedures and personnel policies;
- Management of employee complaints to ensure accurate and timely documentation on the main critical issues in personnel management;
- Support for corporate communication activities;
**Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR role, preferably within Hospitality, in modernly organized structures;
- Economics or Law degree;
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities;
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software (preferably Zucchetti or INAZ);
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and analytically driven;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking;
- Fluent in English and Italian, both oral and written;
- Aptitude for cooperation and teamwork, negotiation skills and excellent resistance to stress complete the characteristics of the ideal profile.
