We are looking for an HR intern for Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, that will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating training meetings to maintaining our employees database, engaging them in social activities.

You will also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

Ultimately, you will support the HR Manager on attracting, hiring and retaining our employees.

This opportunity (3 to 6 months internship) is from September 2025. Main duties: Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functionsProviding clerical and administrative support to the HR managerCompiling and updating employees recordsCoordinate HR ProjectsCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsSupport the HR manager to conduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesCoordinate social activities for employeesSupport on Corporate Social Responsibilities activitiesRequirements: Computer Skills (MS Office)Basic knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skillsStrong communication skillsDegree in HR or related fieldGood knowledge of English and Italian, French will be considered a plusBenefits: Training and development opportunities.
