**Job Summary
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager (based in Spain), in this role you will provide support on a wide range of HR projects and day to day activities, providing a full end-end picture of the employee experience.
Activities may include providing support with HR transactional processes and projects to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.
The internship will be offered for 6 months with the option of a 6-month extension.
**Essential Functions & Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support on HR projects including assisting with data gathering and reporting requirements, such as Gallup engagement survey, inclusion & diversity, HR systems or process improvement initiatives, and assist with process mapping
- Support with the implementation and follow-up of training activities and training budget
- Reviewing completion of MyCooper performance management activities throughout its process cycle, sending reminders to people managers where activities remain outstanding, to promote activities being delivered on time
- Provide support with job offer production and onboarding (improving the process)
- Creation of an employee handbook
- Supporting with administration of reward processes
- Support HR transactional activities such as employee lifecycle changes
- Ensuring the employee documentation is managed and updated in Web Center
- Actively participate in developing and implementing HR improvement initiatives at HR regional team meetings
- Manage translations to global materials, documents into Italian
- Support employees with simple HR questions and liaise with the Regional HR Manager for more complex ones

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong levels of initiative - must have a 'can-do' attitude and anticipate what needs to be done
- Self-motivated and able to progress work with "light touch" supervision
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Energetic and able to work in a fast paced, international environment
- Strong team-player, able to work alongside others in a team setting
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English
- Keen eye for detail and ability to spot errors in large datasets
- High degree of confidentiality and dealing with sensitive matters
- Curious, with the desire and ability to acquire new knowledge and skills and to be able to share this knowledge
- Detail oriented, with ability to set priorities and multitask and be able to manage own time and that of others to enable completion of projects
- Comfortable in their use of technology and creative with ideas about how to use it more effectively, such as MS Office apps
**Education**:
- Studying for Human Resources, International Business or a closely related degree, and plan to pursue a career in a related field
