Job Title: Human Resources InternshipReports directly to: Director of Human Resources Overall Job PurposeThe Hotel Cardo, part of the Marriott Group, is looking for an intern in Human Resources to support the HR team in the daily management of HR-related activities and contribute to the improvement of the working climate.

The intern will have the opportunity to develop skills in various HR areas, including recruitment, training and development, performance management and administration.

The aim is to provide a practical experience that allows you to gain a comprehensive view of HR functions in a dynamic and international environment.

Qualification &, Skills:Fluent in EnglishExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and interaction skills with different peopleDetail orientation and organisational skills. Aptitude for problem solving and managing priorities in a dynamic environment. Interest in the field of human resources and the hotel environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of English (level B2 or above). Previous experience in HR (including internships or apprenticeships) will be considered a plus.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, Law Principal Accountabilities :Support the HR team in the personnel selection process, from the publication of advertisements to the management of interviews. Assisting in the management of internal training, monitoring development programmes and organising training sessions for staff. Assist in the management of documents and administrative paperwork related to employees, including contracts, absences and holidays. Participate in performance management and feedback, assisting in annual appraisal activities. Assist in managing internal communications and implementing initiatives to improve the company climate. Monitor the progress of staff welfare and support practices.
