**Your role

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in our plant of Pederobba (TV)

**Main responsibilities**:

- Analyze CVs and collaborate with recruitment agencies

- Conduct selection interviews for blue-collar positions

- Organize training courses for ASR, apprentices, and technicians

- Assist in managing attendance records

- Support in handling HR administrative processes (contracts, hiring, terminations)

- Update and archive employee documentation

- Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis

**Main requirements**:

- Passionate and versatile individual with strong adaptability to interact with various stakeholders (Directors, Function Managers, Supervisors, and Production Operators)

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

- Ability to quickly achieve autonomy in assigned projects

- High level of precision and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Preferably a recent graduate in economics, business, or a related field

- Ability to communicate effectively in a production plant environment with different interlocutors
