Human Resources Manager (Andean Region)
Purpose of the role
In this role, you will function as a leader for the Andean Region (Perú, Bolivia and Ecuador), taking a company-first approach to managing and safeguarding the business for Epiroc employees, customers, and shareholders.
In doing this, you will work collaboratively as a member of the human resources operations and management team to help deliver against the Epiroc plan to ensure success.

Core responsibilities / expectations Actively contribute to and execute the People & Leadership strategy and action plans in close collaboration with managers. Drive a clear People and Leadership agenda that is in the forefront of the organization. Drive a performance and continuous improvement culture. Attract, select, and develop the best talent in the region to build high performing teams. Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth. Actively promote OneHR through collaboration in a team of HR resources from both the region and from CoE with the aim to deliver a great employee and manager experience. Drive Change management approach when needed. Execute compensation and benefit strategy including driving the regional pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations. Safeguard labor relations and provide senior support in labor law issues. Lead in diversity and inclusion across the region. Reporting line
Reports to Regional General Manager and takes an active part of the management team.
The person in this role is responsible for a team of HR Business Partners and partners with HR Regional Center of Excellence.
Knowledge and experience Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. People/relationship focus.

5 of those years in a regional or comparable HR management role.
HR management experience on senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedures, and legal related topics. Deep knowledge of Peruvian work legislation. Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or Behavioral Science. Fluency in Spanish and English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement. Experience aligning global HR strategies and goals with local HR plans and standards. Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation. Experience of working with SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable.
