We have a unique opening for an experienced HR Manager Europe to play a key role in supporting our senior management and overseeing HR initiatives across the regiona with a size of 70-80 employees in 8 countries. As our new colleague, these are your responsibilities:Run onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires and enhance their initial experience with the company. Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, mediating disputes and fostering a collaborative workplace. Execute and Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including payroll coordination with external provider, benefits administration, and record-keeping, creating employment related documentation (employment contracts, annexes, exit documents). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and organizational needs. Regularly review and refresh employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as needed. Run and revise HR policy implementation, keeping them relevant to the business landscape and employee needs. Evaluate and improve learning and development processes regularly, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee expectations. Administer the performance evaluation process, supporting managers and employees in goal setting and feedback discussions. Support initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle, including career pathing and succession planning. Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Refresh employee engagement strategies regularly to reflect company growth and employee feedback. Ideally you have5 years of experience in an (international) HR related function (in the Italian market and ideally experience in 2 or more of following countries: Austria, UK, France, Spain, Germany). Bachelor's degree in human resources management. very good communication skills. high level of numeracyability to work independently and proactively approach stakeholders. excellent computer skills including Office 365 and any HRIS system. language capabilities: Italian native, English fluent;ability to travel domestically and internationally when required, and work flexibly with hours. pro-active, and a structured team player spirit with a high degree of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinkingValid work Visa in Italy.
