For our amazing Tale Hotel, we are looking for:

**Human Resources Manager (m/w/d)

On the outskirts of the world-famous medieval town of Montepulciano, surrounded by unspoilt nature, Poggio Alla Sala Tale is a luxurious oasis of calm filled with memories of a rich past.

Your tasks:

- Comprehensive personnel support for our Hotel

- Employee recruitment and support

- Responsibility for trainees and interns

- Advice and support of department heads in all personnel matters

- Support with personnel disposition

- Organization of projects and trainings

- Payroll interface

- Roster control

Your profile:

- Completed studies or vocational training in hotel management/hotel industry

- Experience as Human Resources Manager, ideally in the hotel industry

- Fluent Italien and very good English skills

- Excellent organizational skills, proactive, professional and loyal appearance

- Enjoyment of the continuous development of the HR department

- Strong feeling for the different needs of our employees and always an open ear
