About the Role - We are looking for you in Italy!

Responsibilities HR Management: Oversee all HR activities in Italy and manage HR operations for the Netherlands.

Act as the main HR point of contact for the regions, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with the Beijing headquarters.

Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.

Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and select top talent.

Maintain and update job descriptions and role requirements to reflect current needs.

Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a positive work environment.

Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal regulations.

Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.

Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with regional requirements.

HR Initiatives and Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and programs to support business objectives.

Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the strategic planning of HR activities.

HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.

Prepare reports and analyses to support HR decision-making and reporting to headquarters.

Management Support: Partner with regional and headquarters management to provide HR-related advice and solutions.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional teams and the Beijing headquarters.

Qualifications Citizenship or Work Permit in ITA is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus.
