Role DescriptionJoin our team as an HR Specialist at the Grand Hotel Imperiale. You will play a key role in supporting the management and development of our human resources, contributing to creating a positive and stimulating work environment that aligns with the values of excellence upheld by our hotel. In this role, you will work closely with management to ensure that all HR processes are efficient and fully compliant with regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment processes, from drafting job postings to conducting interviews. Monitor employment contracts and support the administrative management of personnel. Coordinate training and professional development programs. Assist with payroll processes and liaise with external consultants. Ensure compliance with Italian labour laws and safety regulations. Promote organisational well-being and foster employee growth. RequirementsDegree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or related fields. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sectors. Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws and regulations. Ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with HR management software and administrative tools.
