Human Resources Specialist

Key Activities and Responsibilities: Participate in the Labour Cost Budget processes using the Company tool, discussing with the various functions involved, ensuring the subsequent monitoring of the recruiting progress; Manage all the recruitment processes, defining skills for new positions with relevant functions, according to the Labour Budget; Search for adequate candidates by using different and appropriate channels according to the specific needs (Job Posting Portal, internet search providers, job agencies, job fairs, etc. ); Interview candidates and provide proper evaluations; Manage contractual negotiations with candidates; Manage the onboarding process; Cooperate with Personnel Administration for payroll operations and proper updates; Manage processes, letters, and other relevant documentation regarding the work relationship circle (confirmation, promotion, resignations, dismissals, change of job/seat/assignment, grievances, working time, etc. ). Required Experience & Skills: University Degree in Economics or Humanities. A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered a plus; 3-5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in a staffing position; Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and management skills; Fluent English, spoken and written; Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
