What you'll be doingAs an HR specialist, you will be the first point of contact for HR topics in Italy, both for national employees and management.
The HR specialist will support the HR function in Italy, assisting in aligning local HR activities with business objectives and contributing to the implementation of the global HR strategy. You will be contributing to that vision by…Assist in the implementation of employment guidelines and procedures. Conduct reporting and statistics related to HR activities. Support constructive cooperation with local unions. Ensure proper adherence to statutory provisions and labor regulations. Support employees throughout their journey, from onboarding to exit. Assist in national recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing and interviews. Support HR Matrix functions in implementing regional HR processes and personnel development initiativesWhat skills & experience you'll bring to usCompleted studies in Human Resource Management or a similar field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources or recruitment, ideally with an international component. Solid understanding of local labor law, social security, and unions. A combination of a hands-on mentality and a strategic approach. Strong judgment skills and an engaging communication style. A results-oriented and structured approach to work. High flexibility, motivation, and a personable character. Willingness to travel within Italy. Very good skills in Italian and English.
