In order to expand our team, we are looking for a organized and empathic HR Specialist to join us in our Milan office.

D1 Milano is an Italian Watch Brand with over 3 million people visiting our website every year, more than 800 POS worldwide, more than 500K social community and over 120 000 watches sold each year.

Position Overview: The Human Resources Specialist will be in charge of recruiting and hiring employees, preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records and ensuring a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

Responsibilities : -Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management; -Oversee the administrative functions of HR, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and preparation of payslips; -Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; -Support employees with HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and solutions where necessary; -Assist with employee onboarding and training programs; -Coordinate with various departments to address staffing needs and other HR-related functions; -Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Profile : The ideal candidate have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, a solid understanding of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and administration, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and Italian.

It's also required proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

High precision, organization, problem solving, ability to work in a youthful, dynamic team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere complete the profile.

It's required to adapt successfully to diverse situations and integrate seamlessly into the company culture.

Presence in the office is required.
