Human Rights Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)
He/she will support the Sustainability & Impact Area and other FAs involved, in the following activities: Maintain monitoring of the implementation of the GEDI Assessment Tool (Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) and support the different functions in moving forward. Monitor the activities of the Sustainability & Impact Area to ensure compliance with the Olympic Host Contract and Master Schedule, with a focus on human rights, diversity, gender equality, inclusion, and safeguarding. Support the implementation of specific initiatives aimed at reducing human rights risks (e. g. , health and safety, environment, safeguarding, labor) in any OCOG activity, as outlined in the Sustainability and Legacy Strategy. Support the training and communication activities focused on Human Rights. Assist with the implementation of the Due Diligence (Dialogo Strutturato) process within the riskiest supply chains. Support the implementation of actions related to the employment and inclusion of people with disabilities under Italian Law No. 68/99. Assist in the implementation of the OCOG's grievance mechanism ("Reporting and Management of Human Rights Violations during Games Time"); Contribute to and ensure continuous monitoring of human rights, gender equality, inclusion, and safeguarding performance, as well as its reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to ensuring the implementation of the integrated management system for sustainability reporting and the measurement of the Games' positive impact. Support the implementation of the Olympic Truce Program. Implementation of Games Plan Activities (20% of the time): Monitor the Master Schedule for human rights aspects. Oversee the Due Diligence process with Licensing. Monitor the implementation of the GEDI Assessment Tool. Conduct training and communication activities during the Games Plan. Implementation of Games Plan Activities (80% of the time): Support the definition and implementation of the procedure for "Reporting and Management of Human Rights Violations during Games Time".
