We are looking for an HVAC Designer and BIM Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the HVAC and BIM sector to join our team in Milan.

The role focuses on designing, modeling, and reviewing HVAC systems using BIM tools, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of designs. WHO WE AREAGAP2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group, part of the MoOngy Group.

Your Role:Review HVAC system drawings and functional diagrams to ensure compliance with project specifications. Control 3D models (Navisworks and Revit) to ensure proper representation and modeling of HVAC components. Identify clashes between HVAC systems and other design disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, etc.

). Develop and manage 3D HVAC system models in Revit, following technical specifications. Your Responsibilities:Populate and update Revit model parameters with client-specific information, including codes, descriptions, and technical details. Use BIM models to extract and manage Digital Twin data for HVAC systems, integrating performance data and other client-required information. Ensure all HVAC systems are properly represented in the 3D models, adhering to project guidelines and standards. Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve any potential clashes in the design phase. Your Profile:At least 3 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel. Strong understanding of HVAC system modeling and design in the context of BIM projects.
