Job DescriptionJohnson's Air Conditioning is the longest established air conditioning company in Naples since 1960.

Seeking motivated mechanically inclined individuals to join our team.

Experience is not necessary, just the desire to learn a challenging yet rewarding career. Responsibilities:CLEAN & Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsInspect and perform equipment repairs and replacementsPerform routine preventative maintenance and detailed cleaningAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields is not required but is a plus!Ability to handle physical demands and workload. Ability to reach areas not easily accessible by means of climbing, stooping, and bending. Ability to stand and walk and to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics and homes to access HVAC equipment. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and / or crawl. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Team work is a priority, technicians must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.

Must be willing to work overtime as hours do fluctuate. All candidates are required to submit to background check, drug screening and MVR driving record check. We offer competitive wages, benefits which include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
