Recruiting Solutions is seeking an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager for a company in Piedmont, South Carolina. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from start to finish. Salary ranges from $100k-$150k depending on experience. Benefits for the HVAC Mechanical Project Manager: Monday through Friday schedule Health, Dental, and Vision plan Life Insurance 401k and 401k match PTO Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical projects from start to finish, project size range is $1-$5 million and up Coordinate with teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Work closely with teams to ensure they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete tasks Manage project risk, identify potential issues and problem-solve Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards Communicate with clients, provide progress updates, and ensure client needs and expectations are met Travel to job sites as necessary Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in HVAC Mechanical Project Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork skills Strong leadership skills Strong organizational skills Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail J-18808-Ljbffr
