We are looking for an OEM Sales Representative to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan or Padua within the Building Products area. Some of the main activities will be: Develop selected OEMs with significant potential – increase share of wallet Define and implement Customer Development Plans together with OEMs (including strategy, target setting, business reviews, sales measures, etc. ) Analyze the specific market conditions and build a sound market-related network of stakeholders Prepare customer contact, build & maintain a customer-focused network Prioritize customers based on potential & opportunities and allocate effort Provide information for forecasts and planning via CRM system Support customers directly in cost/benefits analyses & calculations in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Building Products products Coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Back Office/other involved professionals and management Act as point of contact in commercial matters Business trips in Italy and abroad, for international meetings and/or for refresher trainings at our HQs in Switzerland & Germany To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Proven experience in HVAC or Combustion OEM Sales Understanding of the customer applications Efficient working methods and organization Analytical approach to identify root causes and act solution-oriented Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian What we offer: Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options Never stop growing: plenty of opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself Join us and be yourself.
