Role:

1.

Taking responsibility for the lifecycle management from product idea, development and market launch to product maintenance and market exit

2.

Continuously monitoring market trends and developments and providing feedback to the organization including recommended actions

3.

Continuously improving our product platforms and aligning them to market needs throughout the lifecycle

4.

Management of internal improvement projects as well as coordination of suppliers, internal teams and customers

5.

Preparation of presentations and presenting our technological solutions to our customers

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

- 3+ years of customer-facing residential HVAC experience

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical teams

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize/execute a strategy

- A proven leader with the ability to influence others at all levels within the organization

- Goal-oriented & self-managed

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

- Experience identifying opportunities to provide excellent value for the customer

- Proficient in English and Italian.

**Salary**: €60, 000. 00 - €80, 000. 00 per year
