Pay Range: $20. 00 - $35. 00/hr base pay + Spiffs, Depending on experience

Required Qualifications: 2+ years of field HVAC service experienceUniversal EPA certificationHigh school diploma or its equivalentValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordBe familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience making repair and replacement decisionsAdvanced customer service skillsAcquire NATE certifications within one year of employmentDemonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesQualifications desired: Refrigeration experience is a plus but not requiredNATE Certified is a plus but not requiredPossess tools neededCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
