Hybrid & Electric System Senior Engineer
We are looking for a Hybrid & Electric System Senior Engineer who will join Motorsport department Hybrid & Electric systems team , to support the in-house and on-track activities, reporting directly to Hybrid & Electric systems Senior Manager. This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI). As Hybrid & Electric System Senior Engineer you will:
Be responsible for system requirements coordination and harmonization between Mechanical, HW, and SW R&D departments. Define and manage systems engineering processes for Hybrid and Electric Motorsport applications. Create acceptance criteria and perform quality assurance reviews according to best practice quality and testing methodologies. Collaborate closely with the core development team in Italy to satisfy customer needs. Support testing sessions both in-house and on-track for system-level support and coordination. What you will bring:
Degree in Electronic/Mechatronics discipline or equivalent professional experience. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of hybrid/electric systems. Knowledge of Matlab and Office. Experience in system engineering methodology and procedures. 5-10 years of electrification experience. Availability for frequent business trips to racing tracks. What's on offer:
